A 💪 Hand Grip Test Camp was organized on 9th February 2026 at Ganga Jamna Hospital in association with RCBS. The Hand Grip Test measures the maximum isometric force of the hand and forearm muscles using a dynamometer. It is a key indicator of overall strength, frailty, and general health ❤️.
